Shuteye Home offers a 100 night sleep trial. The 100 night sleep trial begins when you receive your mattress. You are able to return your mattress anytime during the trial period, but we do recommend you try out the mattress for at least 30-45 days to get a good feel for the mattress. 

If you decide to exchange your Shuteye Home Mattress for a different firmness we are happy to allow one exchange per order. If you decide you want to return your mattress we will send someone to pick up your mattress and issue you a full refund once the mattress is donated or returned to our warehouse. If you’re out of our pick up zone you will need to donate your mattress and provide proof of receipt to obtain a full refund.

Refunds/exchanges will only be made to orders which were placed through the www.shuteyehome.com website.
