Your new Shuteye Home mattress is covered by a 10 year limited warranty. Warranties only apply to mattresses purchased from the www.shuteyehome.com website.

What does the limited warranty cover?

The Limited Warranty covers material defects occurring from workmanship or defective materials. 

Shuteye Home will not be held responsible for the quality of the goods except as otherwise provided in this Warranty. There are no other Warranties beyond Shuteye Home Warranty described hereof.

The Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover:

normal increase in softness due to normal usage.

Discoloration, mold, odors due to improper ventilation, liquid spills.

Mattresses sold by unauthorized retailers.

Physical abuse or damage including but not limited to, cuts, burns, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
